Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
This User Agreement, the/and all additional policies and terms posted on our sites, applications, tools and services (collectively, "Services") set forth the terms on which Yare's Jewels offers you access to and use of our Services.
The Terms of Use of the mobile application, all policies and additional terms posted on our sites, applications, tools and services are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all the terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using our Services.
Auction/Buying
• Shipping costs will be the total responsibility of the buyer participating in the auction.
• At auctions, shipments will be made once the payment has been confirmed by the winning person, and must be received by a person designated by the buyer or participant in the destination, whose signature must prevail at the time of delivery by part of the postal services available.
• Buyers must pay for insured shipments.
• The request for the return of an item will be analyzed by the Yare's Jewels sales team. This request will be taken into account if it occurs within a period of no more than 5 working days after the purchase and if you did not use, manipulate, or modify the structure of the article or jewel for which you made bids.
• For a return, you must send us proof of purchase, photos of the current situation of the jewel or watch you have purchased and a description of what has happened to the item you have purchased.
• The buyer is fully responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
• Returns are may accepted if the jewel or watch that you purchased on our site does not comply with the quality of the metal and the physical description provided by Yare's Jewels.
• Buying online is always safe and Yare's Jewels uses to process your payments to third parties, such as PayPal and / or Stripe.
• The shipping address must coincide in most cases with the address assigned to the resource or the payment method used.

**In auctions there is not money back**
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
